God
I write this to you,
This is not a prayer
Not such an inconsequential waste of air,
No, no
I can hardly breathe
From on all the prayers
Wasted on your ears,
Nor stand...
From how long I've knelt at your feet.
This is a letter
Sent from a grieving sinner
Written
Whilst still clutching the hand
You stole from him
From me.
Two hands ,in fact,
One so small
I hardly noticed
When it ceased clutching me.
I write this to ask
Not to pray
As prayers seem to have no worth to you
Surely not mine at least.
I ask only
That you return them to me.
Let me clutch these hands
So tightly
Till they might return my grasp.
Because as I am right now
I doubt, I could ever let them go.
Please....
God
I write this
Not to pray but to beg
Give them back to me.
Give them back.

in liquid sorrows,
letting the salty mess
burn your wounds,
and the sadness
to drip in your mouth,
consuming your words
and you say
you deserve the pain,
but I want to dry your face,
and whisper in your ear
how the clouds cry too,
while they hold such beauty,
and so do you.

This Thing We Call Depression
There's a story I'd like to tell,
A story of a girl who was diagnosed.
Diagnosed with a terrifying thing,
Something that would threaten her life for years to come.
Something that she could never escape,
No matter how she ran,
No matter how she struggled.
This diagnosis was a horrific thing to the girl,
Although, not surprising at all.
The symptoms had swallowed her for days,
Weeks,
Months.
Months of this thing inside of her.
This thing that we call
Depression.
There are people who tell her,
"You're only sad."
However, that isn't the case.
See, she was never diagnosed with sadness.
Everyone knows sadness.
She was never diagnosed with emo

You know i am muslim , and in islam it is said that when you pray something from these three will happen , 1) you will either get what you have prayed for or 2) that prayer will shield you from something bad that was going to happen to you or 3) when the world end you will get goods from that prayer and you will even wish that no one from your prayers was accepted !!!
i really think you should keep believing in God ALLAH since he forgives every sin even the biggest ones ! and he is protecting you from alot of things ... and he said in the coran that people may hate something but in reality it's good for them and they may love something but in reality its a bad thing for them !!! i don't know what have you lost but remember always that there are people suffering more than you !! i wish you all the best .
